Thank you for choosing Crystal Coach Limousines! We’d like to bring a couple of items to your attention prior to creating a reservation:
- 1. By creating a reservation, you agree to accept the currently established hourly rates, plus gratuity, fuel, and any additional surcharge(s) or travel time/charges.
- 2. A credit card is required to secure your reservation and a hold will be placed on the card provided at time of service. To avoid an actual charge to your credit card, you are welcome to pay cash upon our arrival. Please be sure to note that in the Notes box.
- 3. If you decide to cancel your reservation, we must receive 48-hours advanced notice prior to your scheduled reservation time. Any requests for cancellations received within 48 hours of your scheduled reservation will result in the reservation being charged in full, with no refund.
Once we schedule your reservation, you will receive an email to confirm your request and the associated date, time and charges will be outlined. If you have any questions, please contact us.
